 Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform that in view of the outbreak of COVID-19 in India and in view of the lockdown announced by the Government, the Company, as a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of the disease, company has shut down all its Working and offices temporarily w.e.f. 25th March, 2020. We would like to inform that the company has recently resumed partial working at its factory outlets and the corporate office of the company with minimum staff with the approvals/ clearance from state authorities. Further as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/84 dated May 20, 2020, we would like to inform the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the business operations as disclosed in Annexure-1.
