SCOOTERS INDIA LTD. - 505141 - Announcement Under Regulation 30: The Company Has Been Accorded The Permission For Holding 50Th Annual General Meeting For The Year Ended At March 31, 2022 By Three Months By The Registrar Of Companies, Kanpur Uttar Pradesh Vide Letter Dated September 15, 2022, In Terms Of The Provisions Of Section 96(1) Of The Companies Act, 2013. Further Communication Regarding Convening 50Th AGM Shall Be Made In Due Course Of Time.

 The Company has been accorded the permission for holding 50th Annual General Meeting for the year ended at March 31, 2022 by three months by the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur Uttar Pradesh vie letter dated September 15, 2022, in terms of the provisions of section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.
