To approve & consider resignation of M/s. R. Soni & Co. Statutory Auditor of the Company w.e.f. 07-08-2019 (After closure of business hours) 2.To appoint M/s. Dinesh Bangar & Co., as a Statutory Auditors of the Company for period of 5 years & fix remuneration subject to shareholders' approval as to fill casual vacancy due to resignation of existing Auditor M/s. R.
