 ATUL AUTO LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/06/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform the Stock Exchange that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 inter alia to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2021.  With respect to above subject, this is to inform the stock exchanges that pursuant to the provisions of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rule 6 of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Auditing, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, the Company has sent notice to the shareholders, who have not claimed/ encashed their dividend for seven or more consecutive years and shares are required to be transferred to IEPF.
