 This is in continuation to our communication dated March 23, 2020, regarding temporary closure of manufacturing facilities and retail stores of the company in accordance with the directives of State and Central Governments to prevent and contain the spread of COVID-19. In this regard, we would like to inform the Exchanges that consequent upon receipt of approval from the concerned authorities in the State of Punjab subject to fulfilment of certain conditions, the Company's manufacturing facility at Ludhiana, Punjab has partially resumed its operations from today i.e. April 21, 2020

 Pursuant to the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that in view of Government directives to prevent and contain the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID19) and to ensure the safety and well being of employees and all stakeholders, the Company has decided to close its manufacturing facilities and the retail stores except where they have been permitted by the Local/ State Government Authorities from 23rd March 2020 until 31st March 2020 (both days inclusive). In this evolving situation, the overall adverse impact on the operations of the Company is not immediately assessable. The Company will continue to assess the situation and will consider resumption of its business operations at an appropriate time. The Company has also filed the 'Company Affirmation of Readiness towards COVID-19' e-form with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. This is for your information and record.
