This is to inform that that Thirteenth (13th) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Paurush Roy (DIN: 03038347), has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director of the Company with an immediate effect i.e. August 5, 2021 due to other pre-occupation and personal circumstances and the same has been accepted and noted by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on August 5, 2021. Mr. Roy has confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation, other than those mentioned in his resignation letter.
