With reference to the clarification sought on increase in volume of equity shares, we would like to inform that the Bank is in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing regulations') and has been promptly informing the Stock Exchanges of all events and information requiring disclosure. There is no unpublished price sensitive information/event which needs to be informed to the Stock Exchanges which may have a bearing on the price/volume behavior in the Bank's equity shares. The increase in the volume of equity shares of the Bank is exclusively market driven. Further we would like to assure you that the Bank shall continue to promptly inform the stock exchanges of all material events/information as required under Listing Regulations.30-01-2024
