 This is to inform you that with a view to prevent & contain the spread of COVID-19 Pandemic, the Government of India had announced the National Lock-down in March 2020. Accordingly, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all its employees & stakeholders and in line with various advisories and orders issued by Local, Municipal Corporations/ Government, the Company (including its group entities) had temporarily shut down construction activities. In light of the Order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs dated 15/04/2020, we would like to inform that the Company is seeking necessary permissions/ approvals from the relevant Government authorities for resumption of operations at various locations in a phased manner. The operations at various locations will be resumed in full compliance of the said Order and conditions/ directives as may be mentioned in the approval by the relevant Government authorities. The Company is taking all necessary steps to adhere Social Distancing.

 Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the said code and SEBI circular for System Driven Disclosure) on and from April 01, 2020 and would re-open after expiry of 48 hours from the declaration/ announcement of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020 by the Board of Directors of the Company.
