 The Eighteenth AGM of the Company will be held on Thursday, 24th September, 2020 at 11.00 A.M through VC / OVAM facility in compliance with the applicable circulars issued by MCA and SEBI. Further, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI Regulations, 2015,the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 18th September, 2020 to Thursday, 24th September, 2020; both days inclusive; for the purpose of Annual General Meeting for financial year 2019-20. The remote e-voting shall commence on Monday, 21st September, 2020 at 9.00 AM and shall end on Wednesday, 23rd September, 2020 at 05.00 PM. Any person, whose name is recorded in the register of members or in the register of beneficial owners maintained by the depositories as on the cut-off date i.e. Thursday, 17th September, 2020 shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting as well as voting at the AGM.
