 This is to inform you that the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday, 23rd September, 2021 at 11.00 A.M through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Video Means (OVAM) facility in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, rules framed thereunder and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further the manner of attending the AGM and casting votes by shareholders thereat is set out in the Notice of the AGM. All the Members are further informed that, the remote e-voting shall commence on Monday, 20th September, 2021 at 9.00 AM and shall end on Wednesday, 22nd September, 2021 at 05.00 PM. Any person, whose name is recorded in the register of members or in the register of beneficial owners maintained by the depositories as on the cut-off date i.e. Thursday, 16th September, 2021 shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting as well as voting during the AGM.
