Shah (DIN: 00063124) has communicated his decision to resign from the position of Joint Managing Director and Director of the Company with effect from December 01, 2022. The Company places on record its deep appreciation for Mr. Suketu R. Shah for his invaluable and remarkable contributions and support to the Company during his tenure as Director and the Joint Managing Director of the Company. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Mr. Suketu R. Shah that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter dated December 01, 2022 and the same is enclosed herewith.
