Approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023, after the Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors; and 2. Declared Third Interim Dividend of Rs.0.36 per equity share (i.e. 18%) on 37,12,50,405 Equity Shares having Face Value of Rs. 2/- each, for the Financial Year 2023-24.
