In continuation to our letter dated 11.02.2020 & 25.03.2020 regarding intimation of EGM & Postponement of EGM respectively, this is to inform you that EGM of shareholders which was scheduled to be held on 26.03.2020 at the registered office & same was postponed till further notice due to worldwide spreading of COVID-19 now stands Cancelled consequent to avoid the spread of COVID-19 virus including avoiding social gatherings & to ensure health, safety & welfare of all stakeholders & in public interest. The Board at their meeting held on 28.07.2020 has decided to club the Agenda items of this EGM with the businesses to be conducted in ensuing AGM to be held this year. Hence, the EGM stands cancelled & the agenda items of the same meeting will now be part of ensuing Annual General Meeting.
