Further, in continuation of our Letter dated 27th September 2023, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Company's Securities was closed for all Directors / Designated Employees from the opening of the trading hours on Sunday, 1st October, 2023, which shall remain closed till the closure of trading hours on 6th November, 2023 (both days inclusive) i.e. till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results as per the policy for prohibition of Insider Trading adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time25-10-2023
