The Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2023 b. Independent Auditors Report for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023. The detailed Standalone Financial Results would be available on the website of the Company and the website of the Stock Exchange. 2. Dividend The Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of Rs. 9/- per Share of Rs.100/-each (9%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. 3. Rental Income The Company in its Rental Services segment has let out further Building space to Lulu International Private Limited for their Hyper Market operations at Coimbatore in Tamilnadu and will be opening shortly.
