It is hereby informed that due to adverse market conditions for the last two months, the production of yarn has been affected considerably resulting in lower turnover for the months of July and August 2022. Further there was accumulation of finished stock of yarn and the prices realized were also lower. Hence, we did not work in full capacity, The textile industry is hoping for better supply of raw material in the new season commencing from Sept / oct 2022 onwards and for revival of the demand for yarn in the 3rd quarter. In view of the above, the working results for the 2nd quarter will tend to be impacted comparing the lst quarter. We request you to kindly take the same on record.31-08-2022
