 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) on Wednesday , 30th th September, 2020 at 11 AM, Indian Standard Time ('IST'). For the purpose of book closure from '24st September 2020 to, 30th September 2020 (both days inclusive) for purpose of AGM.
