Indiamart Intermesh Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/03/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, intimation is hereby given that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, March 03, 2020 to consider the proposal for payment of Interim Dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares, for the financial year 2019-20. Further, in accordance with Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Record Date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of aforesaid Interim Dividend shall be Friday, March 13, 2020, subject to the approval of Interim Dividend by the Board of Directors. In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of Company shall remain closed from February 25, 2020 till the end of forty eight (48) hours after the declaration of the Interim Dividend, if any.
