Megasoft Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016.The trading window for Directors and Designated Employees has been closed, for this purpose, from May 22, 2016 to May 31, 2016.
