We wish to inform you that one of the sugar manufacturers operating a sugar factory in the area adjacent to the sugar factory established by our Subsidiary Company M/s. KPR Sugar and Apparels Limited, has filed Writ Petitions / Appeals before the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka in the matter of allotment of portion of the cane areas to our Subsidiary Company under the Sugarcane (Control) Order, 1966. The said Subsidiary Company is taking steps to ensure sufficient cane area and resisting the allegations raised by the aforesaid sugar manufacturer in the court of law. The above ongoing litigations have no material impact on the annual consolidated turnover or consolidated net worth of Company.22-06-2023
