The Registers of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 23rd October, 2020 to Thursday 29th October, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of the final Dividend for the financial year 2019-20 to the Equity Shareholders of the Campany. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be payable to those shareholders of the Company, holding shares in physical form, whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as on cut-off date i.e. Thursday 22nd October, 2020 and in respect of the shares held in dematerialized form, the dividend will be paid to members whose names are furnished by National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited as beneficial owners as on that date.
