This is to inform you that the Company on November 18, 2021 has approved the allotment of 1,98,700 Equity Shares of Rs. 3/- each to the option holders who have exercised their options granted to them under the SML Employees Stock Option Plan - 2018 of the Company. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 68,85,44,418/- (divided into 22,95,14,806 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 3/- each) to Rs. 68,91,40,518/- (divided into 22,97,13,506 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 3/- each). The information as required under Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 for issue of shares under the stock option plan is also attached herewith.
