The Board of Directors, on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Mrutyunjay Mahapatra (DIN: 03168761) as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director w.e.f. 22nd December, 2022. Mr. Mahapatra will hold the office as an Independent Director, for a term of five consecutive years till 21st December, 2027, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company. Pursuant to circulars dated 20th June, 2018, issued by BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, it is hereby affirmed that Mr. Mrutyunjay Mahapatra is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
