 In continuation to our earlier communication dated 26th May, 2023, whereby we had intimated about the loss of share certificates by the Shareholder, this is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of SEBI Circular Nos. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022 and SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/70 dated 25th May, 2022, the Company has received the confirmation from Mas Services Limited, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company (RTA) for issuance of 'Letter of Confirmation' to concerned shareholder/claimant on 21st June, 2023, in lieu of share certificates reported as lost by him.

 In continuation to our earlier communication dated 20th May, 2023 regarding sale of entire shareholding of Hindustan Retail Private Limited ('HRPL'), a wholly owned Subsidiary along with its two subsidiary Companies viz. New Spice Sales and Solutions Limited ('NSSSL') and Cellucom Retail India Private Limited ('CRPL'), this is to further inform you that the said transaction is completed on 1st June, 2023. Accordingly, HRPL, NSSSL and CRPL ceased to be subsidiary of the Company as on 1st June, 2023. In compliance with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015, the requisite information for the said transaction has already been provided in the communication dated 20th May, 2023.
