This is to inform you that the Board in its meeting of the even date took note of the letter no. SOP-CReview-(20-Aug-2021) and NSE/LIST-SOP/COMB/FINES/0821 dated 20th August, 2021, received from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited respectively, wherein fines were levied on the Company for non-compliances of Reg. 18, 19 and 20 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 during the quarter ended 30th June, 2021. The Board discussed the matter and affirmed that the identified non-compliances were beyond the control of the Company and was duly rectified by the Board in its meeting held on 19th May, 2021.
