Fire brakes out at Kathua Unit of Sutlej Industries
Sutlej Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a fire has broken out on March 14, 2003 in Autoconer Section of Unit No 2-3 of Chenab Textile Mills, Kathua, a unit of the Company. There are damages to some machines and stocks and distruption of operations of the unit. Sutlej Industries Ltd has informed BSE that as per the decision taken by the Board in its meeting held today (September 2, 2002) the Company's unit Damanganga fabrics will enter into working arrangement for running the processing unit owned by Damanganga Processors Ltd at a sum of Rs 1.50 million per month under a working arrangement w e f October 01, 2002 for a period upto March 31, 2004 with an option to renew for such period and sum as may be mutually agreed between both the Companies.02-09-2002
