 Recommended a Final Dividend of Re.1 (100 %) per Equity Share (of face value of Re.1 each) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023 and also recommended a One-time Special Dividend of Rs.14 (1400 %) per Equity Share on account of the Company entering into its 40th year of business operations. The total Final and Special Dividend aggregating to Rs.15 (1500 %) is subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing 39th Annual General Meeting.
