 In accordance with Section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended from time to time, we have published advertisements in Business Standard (English) and Mumbai Laskhadeep (Marathi) on 29th August, 2020, requesting the concerned shareholders to take appropriate action to claim their dividend, which has not been claimed by them for seven consecutive years (FY 2012-13 onwards), failing which such unclaimed dividend and the shares on which such dividend remains unclaimed will become liable to be transferred to the Demat account of IEPF Authority.  In accordance with, the circulars of MCA, SEBI and applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the 36th AGM of the Company shall be conducted through VC / OAVM. LIIPL will be providing E-voting platform for remote E-voting facility, for participation in the AGM through VC / OAVM facility and for E-voting during the AGM. BHANSALI ENGINEERING POLYMERS LTD.-$ - 500052 - Disclosure Of Material Impact Of COVID 19 Pandemic Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations).

 We wish to state that, the Company''s operations were impacted due to the nationwide lockdown imposed by the Government of India in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. Further, the turnover fell by 68% in terms of value as compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The Company''s plant have since then resumed operations in a phased manner and is currently operating at 100% of their normal operations, taking all due care for the health and safety of its employees and adopting work from home policy, wherever possible. The Company has evaluated the impact of the pandemic on its business operations, financial position and based on its review of the current indicators, there is no significant impact on the Company''s assets, including inventories and receivables and expects that the carrying amount of these assets are recoverable. The Company continues to remain a debt-free Company and there is adequate liquidity to support the business operations.
