 Mr. Chirag Bagadia, CS of the Company has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and KMP of the Company. The Company has accepted his resignation and he shall cease to be the CS w.e.f. close of working hours of August 27, 2021. Consequent to his resignation, Mr. Chirag Bagadia also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. His successor shall be appointed in due course, within the time limits prescribed under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder read with the applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations and the same shall be duly intimated to the Stock Exchange(s).
