Approved A Scheme Of Amalgamation Of Utkal Coal Limited (Transferor Company) With And Into Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited (Company) And Their Respective Shareholders And Creditors Under The Provisions Of Section 230-232 Of The Companies Act, 2013 And The Relevant Rules Made Thereunder. The Aforesaid Amalgamation Will Be Implemented Upon Receipt Of Requisite Approvals Of Statutory And Regulatory Authorities Including The Approval Of The Jurisdictional National Company Law Tribunal, Respective Shareholders And Creditors. Pursuant To The Regulation 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 Read With SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/2015 Dated 9 September 2015 The Requisite Detail S Against The Aforesaid Matter Is Attached As Annexure -II To This Letter.
