With reference to the above captioned subject, we would like to inform that Dr. Ramesh Cardiac and Multispecialty Hospital Private Limited (DRCMHPL), a subsidiary of Aster DM Healthcare Limited (Company) has acquired 20.40% stake in Aasraya Healthcare LLP (LLP) on 27th February, 2024. DRCMHPL would be contributing further capital in Aasraya Healthcare LLP and overall DRCMHPL shall be holding 51% stake in LLP.
