The Board of Directors has noted the above resignation and placed on record its deep appreciation for his significant contribution, strategic guidance and valuable advice throughout his tenure as Chairman of the Company. 2.Appointment of Mrs. Varsha Jain (DIN 08947297) as an Additional and Executive Director of the Company: The Board has, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, approved appointment of Mrs. Varsha Jain, as an Additional Director, designated as Director and Head - CSR and Facility Management with immediate effect.
