 This is to inform you that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report the trading by designated persons, read with Regulation 9 (clause 4 of schedule B) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from July 01, 2024 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results to the public for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Company''s Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 to the Stock Exchanges.
