Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today, inter alia considered and approved / recommended the following: (i) Dividend of Rs.6/- per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each (60%), for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021 which shall be paid / despatched within 21 days from the date of AGM, subject to the approval of the Shareholders; (ii) The 63rd Annual General Meeting of the Company has been scheduled to be held on Friday, the 20th August, 2021, through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (VC / OAVM); (iii) Reappointment of Mr T T Raghunathan as Executive Vice Chairman of the Company, whose current term expires on 31st October, 2021, for a further term of 5 years, with effect from 1st November, 2021, subject to the approval of the Shareholders by means of a Special Resolution.27-05-2021
