 Dear Sir, Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform you that there is dispute between the Labour contractor and some workers appointed under the labour contract. Due to which the labour contractor has rescinded the labour contract executed with Company. By looking into the present scenario the Management of the Company has decided to declare holiday for 2 days i.e. 09th and 10th January in the production department of the Company for the appointment of new labour contractor. Furthermore the government administrative officials are continuously taking the efforts for resolving the matter. Hope the matter will be resolve soon.
