Pursuant Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the operations of our Manufacturing units and registered office of the Company will resume from 27th April 2020 with 25-30% workforce. Further we wish to inform that well being of our employees/worker is of utmost important, hence the Company has put in place requisite safety measures for employees working at the said plants, which are in line with guideline/instruction issued by central/state government all over the India to prevent spread of Covid-19. Pursuant to clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and the clarification issued by National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd. dated 2nd April, 2019 the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain close from 01st April 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for quarter and year ended 31st March 2020 for Designated Persons, designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives.

Dear Sir, In the view of the nationwide lockdown by the Government of India to prevent and contain the spread of COVID-19, the operations of our Manufacturing facility, registered office, Corporate, Sales office of the Company across the India will remain shut down until the lockdown is lifted. The expected financial impact of this is not ascertainable at this stage. The Company is closely monitoring the situation and will take the necessary steps and keep the stock exchange informed about further developments.
