 This is to inform you that the Company has fixed the 7.8.19 as the Cut-off date to record the entitlement of the shareholders, to cast their vote electronically/remote e-voting, in respect of all the items of business as indicated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 14.8.19, pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules read with Reg. 44 of SEBI (LODR) Reg., 2015. The Company would be availing remote e-voting Services of CDSL. The details pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the relevant Rules prescribed thereunder are as follows:- 1. Date and time of commencement of remote e-voting: 11.8.19 (9.00 AM) 2. Date and time of end of remote e-voting: 13.8.19 (5.00 PM) 3. Remote e-voting by electronic mode shall not be allowed beyond 5.00 PM on 13.8.19. Consequently, the same cut-off date would also determine members who do not cast their vote electronically, to cast their vote as may be required at the said AGM.
