Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD-1/142/2018 dated November 19, 2018 regarding ''disclosure of reasons for delay in submission of financial results by the listed entity'', we wish to inform to the investors of the Company and Stock Exchanges that due to the reasons as mentioned below, the Company will not be able to submit the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results and Limited Review Report for the quarter ended September 30, 2020 by November 14, 2020 i.e. the due date for submission of Financial Results for the relevant quarter: As the Indore is a COVID-19 hotspot in the state, has been a leading contributor to the tally because of this there is lack of Staff and non-availability of final data from the finance department unable to compile the financial results before the due date. Also, the company is under CIRP due to which consideration and approval of financial results may take some additional time....12-11-2020
