Dharani Finance Limited is obliged to submit and/or publish the F/R for the fourth quarter and year ended 31.3.21 on or before 30.6.21.However,the Company is not in a position to publish the said results in a timely manner. Therefore,in compliance with the SEBI circular dated 19.11.18,the Company would like to furnish the reasons for delay in publishing of financial results as under: As a result of restrictions imposed by the Govt.of Tamilnadu on opening of private offices and on travelling due to Covid Pandemic (2nd Wave), the employee/officials are unable to attend the work place. As a result, we are unable to file our fourth quarter and yearly financial results for the year ended 31.3.21 on or before the stipulated date i.e. 30.6.21. On account of under the situation explained above, we sincerely bring to your kind attention that our year ended 31.3.21financial results is getting delayed beyond 30.6.2, though the Company is trying its level best to do the same as soon as possible.
