In terms of Regulation 29(1)(d) and Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that in respect of the QIP, a meeting of the Securities Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2018, inter alia to consider and approve the issue price for Equity Shares to be allotted to Qualified Institutional Buyers in the Issue, including a discount, if any, as permitted under the SEBI ICDR Regulations.23-01-2018
