Upon recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors have approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results as per India Accounting Standards (IND AS) for the Quarter Ended on December 31, 2019 together with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
