With reference to the earlier letter dated October 29, 2016, Tayo Rolls Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has filed a Writ Petition in the Jharkhand High Court against the rejection order for closure of operations of the Company under Section 25-0 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
