 It is being informed that in continuation with our intimation dated June 29, 2019 the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 23, 2019 to inter alia discuss and consider and finalize price for issuance of equity shares through preferential issue in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V SEBI (Issue Of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, subject to such regulatory and statutory approvals as may be required including approval of the members in the general meeting of the Company.
