This is to inform you that pursuant to Securities Exchange Board of India (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any Statutory Modification (s) or re-enactment (s) thereof, for the time being in force) and in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedure and conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons & their immediate relatives, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities/Shares of United Van Der Horst Limited ("theCompany") will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives of the company with effect from Monday 1st July, 2024 until 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024, accordingly all designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade (buy or sell or pledge etc) in the Security/ Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.29-06-2024
