We wish to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company have approved the allotment of equity shares under Gokaldas Exports Employee Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2018 and Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010 as detailed below: 1. The allotment of 11,000 equity shares of Rs. 5 each to employees who have exercised their options under the Gokaldas Exports Employee Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2018. 2. The allotment of 60,000 equity shares of Rs. 5 each to employees who have exercised their options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010.
