Kirloskar Ferrous abandons acquisition of pig iron plant from VSL Steels
Kirloskar Ferrous, which was under discussion with VSL Steels to acquire the company's pig iron plant and related assets for Rs. 155 crore in cash, has decided to pull out of the potential deal due to an ongoing dispute over the plant between tthe seller and a second party. The unaccounted delays caused by the dispute has led to the Board deciding to pull out of the transaction.09-03-2017
