Parag Milk Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on June 12 , 2021, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following matters:1. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2021, along with the Audit Reports of the Statutory Auditors thereon and2. Recommend dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2020-2021.In continuation of Company's letter dated March 26, 2021, for the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company has been closed from March 26, 2021 which will remain closed till June 15, 2021 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the provisions of the Company's Policy for Prohibition of Insider Trading (the "Policy") formulated to regulate and report trading by insiders pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.07-06-2021
