 This is to draw your attention that pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/ P/CIR/2021/655 dated 3rd November, 2021 and further clarification vide its Circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/687 dated 14th December, 2021, the Company had sent letter to the physical shareholders through speed post on 16th December, 2021 and reminder through registered post on 15th July, 2022, respectively requesting them to update their PAN, KYC and Nomination details as stipulated in the said Circulars. The Company is once again sending final reminder letter to shareholders through Registered Post who have not yet updated the desired details. The requisite standardised Forms for the aforesaid purposes are available on the website of the Company i.e. www.maraloverseas.com under the Investor Relations section. We would further like to inform that after relocation of said unit, the lease shall be discontinued w.e.f. 30th April, 2023.
