Pursuant to the requirements Regulation 30 Schedule Ill of SEBI (listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) with reference to earlier intimation given by the company as on 9th August 2019 brief summary of order passed by Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) with respect to SEBI Oder dated 6th August 2018 in the matter of IPO of the Company on 10th October 2019 is as follow, Appeal no.361 of 2018 i.e Inventure Growth and Securities Ltd., Nagji K. Rita, Virendra D. Singh, Kanji B. Rita, Vinod K. Shah, Arvind Gala and Bhavi Gandhi, is accordingly partly allowed. Appeal no.362 of 2018 i.e Independent Directors and Appeal no. 363 of 2018 i.e Pravin Gala are hereby allowed. The impugned order passed against the appellants in so far as Appeal no.362 and 363 of 2018 is hereby set aside. Misc. Application No.299 of 2018 in Appeal no.363 of 2018 has become infructuous and is therefore disposed of.23-10-2019
