 Dear Sir / Madam, This is to inform you that at the meeting of the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Friday, the 27th day of September 2019, Share Allotment Committee has allotted 5,79,000 Equity Shares of face value of 2/- each to the eligible employees under 'KEI Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2015' upon exercise of 5,79,000 Options at an exercise price of 35/- per Option/Equity Share.
